Screw Valve Principle:

Screw dispensing valve is a new type of valve body that can be used for dispensing metering by the rotor and stator meshing with each other to form a regular geometric capacity body, the main working parts are the eccentric screw and the fixed bushing (rubber material). Due to the special geometry of the two parts, separate sealed cavities are formed, and the medium is evenly pushed by the rotor and stator meshing with each other, with low internal flow rate, constant volume and stable pressure, thus no vortex and agitation will be generated. Applicable fluids include: solder paste dispensing, silicone, UV adhesive, flux, silver glue, and other high-viscosity fluids. 

The main advantages of the screw valve compared with conventional dispensing methods:

3、The internal sealing cavity structure ensures accurate metering and can be adapted to the gel with multiple fillers or particles at the same time.

The specific feeding methods of screw valve are as follows:

1、Match with glue cylinder: 5ml/10ml for silver paste gluing, with 30ml/50ml for tin paste, red glue, black glue, UV glue, etc. Larger quantity of dispensing can choose 300ml glue cylinder.

2, with pressure barrel, pressure plate barrel, through the air pressure will be pressed from the bottom of the glue, the discharge port is connected to the screw valve, measurement of the glue, generally used for higher viscosity or contact variants. Such as: grease, nickel paste, copper paste, silicone ester, etc., with this connection, accurate measurement, reduce waste.
